African Grey Conservation Fund

The African Grey Fund was established by the Parrot Breeders Association of Southern Africa (PASA) to ensure full compliance with CITES Conf. 12.10 regarding the registration of African Grey Parrot breeding operations. The fund supports targeted conservation and research initiatives that meet the required CITES criteria, with a focus on enhancing knowledge, protecting wild populations, and promoting responsible aviculture. By coordinating funding, scientific collaboration, and long-term conservation planning, the African Grey Fund plays a vital role in safeguarding the future of the African Grey Parrot both in the wild and within regulated breeding programs.
